You have the option of requesting any provider for your booking; please be aware that a request is simply that. We can not guartantee that your requested provider will be available, however we will always try our best to accommodate.

 Hours:
Sunday: 11 AM - 5 PM
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday-Saturday: 10AM - 6PM 
Yoga, Breathwork, Guided Meditation and Soundbath times may be outside of our regular hours.
